HEADS OR TAILS?

Joy or Sorrow?
Sweet or Sour?
Good or Bad?

Our life is like a coin, there is always the flip side...What do you do when the flip side is 'tails' - take your losses, and most importantly, put your armour on! Theodore Roosevelt spoke about this at length -
"Life brings sorrows and joys alike. It is what man does with them -
not what they do to him, that is the true test of his mettle".

If our bodies and souls are temples, why do we endlessly thrash them with junk food, poisonous thoughts, and mind vampires. By mind vampires I mean the folk who drain us dry with their negativity. At the end of the day, we really are in the driving seats. I'd suggest rounding up all the mind vampires, opening the window in your train of thought...and fire them out on the tracks. You can be pleasant about it, naturally, and say 'Skiddaddle Mista!' Yes, sounds cruel. But sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind (to yourself) right?

If there are too many of them, and it takes too long to fire them out the window, how about putting their names in a balloon, and let the wind gently point them in the direction of heaven.

Sounds like a plan?

Love you loving you!
